How should I dress for the consultation?
The consultation is often conducted in underwear, which allows the therapist to examine the patient's posture and observe any loss of mobility, as well as any marks or scars.
If you feel uncomfortable in your underwear, you can wear shorts (or leggings) and/or a tank top (or sports bra).
The clothing should allow a good range of movement and be thin enough to allow the practitioner to feel the different tensions and practice the techniques.
